Its a similiar situation with Wrex on Virmire. Went back and Zaeed died on his loyalty mission since I had two other squadmates, Miranda and Grunt. So what I did was let Grunt out of his tank. On his loyalty mission, I did everything possible to have him die.
I had Zaeed and Miranda survive the suicide mission. There has to be at least two squadmates plus Zaeed for him to die on his loyalty mission. He will always survive if he's the only other squadmate. You can uninstall this mod through the Manage Target feature of the mod manager.It can't be done. 7z into the mod manager, import it into your mod library, or install it immediately. Install this mod with the ME3Tweaks Mod Manager version 7.0 or above.
At the moment, I know of no other mods that modify this file. Any mod that edits the same file and mounts above this mod will safely override it, and you will not be able to kill Zaeed anymore. This mod should be compatible with pretty much all other LE2 mods out there. It is a visual glitch and only occurs in a rare edge case, and has no future repercussions. If someone dies on the suicide mission and Zaeed is already dead, one of your squadmates will be duplicated in some cutscenes to fill the gap. There is a potential bug in the Suicide Mission if you have only 8 squadmates, and kill Zaeed after getting the IFF. This mod also slightly alters the dialogue wheel options when getting Zaeed's loyalty, to make it make more sense in the context of potentially killing him. If you choose to go after Vido, you can't kill Zaeed. This mod allows you to make that decision anytime, giving you the ability to kill Zaeed pretty much whenever. Previously, this option was only available to you if you completed Zaeed's loyalty mission AFTER completing the suicide mission. This mod for Mass Effect 2 LE allows you to leave Zaeed behind at the end of his loyalty mission, if you save the factory workers and Vido escapes. Not a huge fan of Zaeed, but don't want to miss out on XP and loot from his loyalty mission? Like saving factory workers? Like killing off your crewmates? This mod is for you!
